1. Contractual Relationship
By booking and carrying out a tandem flight, a contract of carriage is concluded between the passenger and TandemSky. Austrian law shall apply. All flights are carried out by qualified and licensed tandem pilots.
2. Residual Risk
Paragliding involves an inherent residual risk.
Despite careful planning, modern equipment, and experienced pilots, accidents, injuries, or medical incidents cannot be completely excluded.
The passenger participates in the flight at their own risk.
3. Fitness to Fly
To participate in the tandem flight, the passenger must:
- be physically and mentally fit to fly
- have no acute health complaints
- not be under the influence of relevant medication
- follow the pilot’s instructions at all times
The binding confirmation is provided via the digital registration form.
4. Execution of the Flight
The pilot independently decides on:
- take-off
- flight route
- flight duration
- landing
Changes may become necessary at any time due to weather, safety, or organizational reasons.
No entitlement to substitute services arises from this.
5. Personal Items
Carried items (e.g. glasses, smartphones, cameras, keys, cash, valuables) must be safely secured.
No liability is assumed for loss or damage to personal items.
6. Liability Insurance
All flights are conducted in accordance with Austrian aviation law and are covered by valid liability insurance.
This insurance covers damage to third parties to the extent required by law.
7. Photo and Video Recordings
Photo and video recordings are used exclusively if the passenger has expressly consented in the form.
Without consent, no use for marketing or publication purposes will take place.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
